📄 What is the purpose of this cancellation form?

If you wish to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days , you can use this form. It helps us to process your return quickly and correctly.

💡 Important: The return period begins on the day you receive the goods. Returns without sufficient information may lead to delays in the refund.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and issue a refund immediately. This usually takes five business days.

In case of an exchange, please return your item and simply place a new order. If you send us an email, we will reimburse you for the new shipping costs within Germany and adjust the value of your previous order.
